How are scope and timing agreed?
We agree deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and milestones in the proposal. The schedule reflects the work and access required, rather than a fixed timetable for every engagement.
Can you support us after implementation?
Ongoing advisory, application maintenance and managed operations can be included in an agreement. Coverage, response commitments and ownership are confirmed during scoping.
